With the Affirmative Action (Employment Equity) Act, 1998 (Act 29 of
1998), passed in the view to address imbalances in the workplace, LSS
introduced its Employment Equity Plan Support services. As the drafting and
implementation of affirmative action plans is a continued process over three
years and longer LSS compiled a unique service constructed to serve our clients
with a continued assistance to the maximum benefit of all stakeholders.
*Non relevant employers is often required to
proof that they do comply with the Employment Equity Act, in that they are
required to offer certification to that fact from the Employment Equity
Commission in order to obtain tenders.
